Learning is considered the nerve centre of GV. The learning opportunities are endless providing multiple opportunities to our employees to learn, depending on their area of expertise/individual levels of competence and organizational needs.

 

From linking with the new joinee with our robust Induction Program followed with customised on-the-job training, Learning in GV provides ample opportunity to the employees to work in cross functional teams on various projects and initiatives undertaken by the Company.

 

We understand the aspirations of our team members and syncing them with employee performance we take a long-term perspective of an employee’s career and give equal importance to both the Vertical and Horizontal expansion of the responsibilities/expertise areas, at times getting an employee out of his comfort zone to prove oneself. It is our constant endeavour to provide training to enhance efficiency and productivity of employees at each level of hierarchy.

College Relations

Being a rapidly growing organization we are always in need of the right talent to efficiently and effectively execute the projects it undertakes. While we inducts experienced personnel laterally in various positions, we are always conscious of the fact that in the long term, the only answer to meet the ever growing talent requirements is to create a strong and committed cadre of qualified freshers inducted through the “Talent Pool” route.

 

For all our trainee schemes, the inductions are largely done directly from the campuses and we have built long lasting relationships with various institutions of repute.
